The Role Overview

As AVP Sales, you’ll take ownership of new business growth across the UK, with a clear mandate to build pipeline, close deals, and help shape the wider sales strategy.

You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously day-to-day, while also collaborating closely with leadership to refine go-to-market plans and long-term commercial strategy. You will network proactively, open new doors, uncover the strategic needs and challenges of insurance organisations, develop new business and get involved in leveraging business within those clients moving forward.
