An established nursery in Bournemouth area are looking for a motivated, confident and enthusiastic room leader to join the nursery team.

About the Role

We are looking for a level 3 or above room leader, who has experience of working within the early years sector. This is a full time role.

Responsibilities

• You will need to be confident to work as part of the nursery team.
• Lead by example to provide an engaging level of learning and development for children in your care.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above in Early Years Education.

Required Skills

• Experience of working within the early years sector.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Confident in leading a team.

Preferred Skills

• Additional qualifications in child development or education.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary of £13.75 per hour.
