£55,000 - £65,000 + Company Car

Eaton Syalon are partnering with a highly respected construction engineering business to recruit a Sales Engineer across South East Region .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in groundworks, civil engineering, formwork, technical construction sales or a design office background looking to move into a client-facing commercial role.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position where you’ll be out on the road across the South East region meeting clients, visiting projects, managing live jobs and working closely with contractors and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Building and developing relationships with contractors, engineers and consultants
• Visiting customer sites across the South East London region
• Reviewing and understanding technical drawings and project requirements
• Preparing quotations and managing customer expectations
• Supporting clients with technical product applications and solutions
• Developing new business opportunities alongside existing accounts
• Managing project pipelines and forecasting opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within construction, groundworks, civil engineering or formwork
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings
• Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
• Confident communication skills across all levels
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
