The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Developer to drive development across Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure-based integrations, while mentoring engineers and helping shape technical best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead development across D365 CRM, .NET/C#, and Azure services
• Build scalable integrations using Azure Functions, APIs, and Service Bus
• Define coding standards, reusable components, and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and product teams
• Mentor developers and support engineering best practices

Your Experience

• Strong background in C#/.NET software engineering
• Extensive Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure integrations and cloud-native services
• Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Automate
• Previous experience leading engineers or technical workstreams
