Hybrid Working (1 Day Office Based)

£50,000 – £60,000 DOE | NQ–5 Years PQE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the legal arm of a highly successful professional services business with an established client base and strong internal referral network.

This is a modern and forward-thinking environment offering high-quality, commercially focused work that differs from the traditional high-volume private practice model. The team works closely alongside accountants, tax specialists, and corporate advisors, creating a steady flow of complex and interesting real estate transactions generated through wider advisory work.

The firm is continuing to grow and has built a reputation for delivering pragmatic and commercially minded advice to business owners, investors, developers, and private clients.

The Role

You will handle a varied commercial property caseload including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Refinancing transactions
• Leasehold matters and landlord & tenant work
• Option agreements
• Transfers of property into trusts
• Agricultural land matters and first registrations
• Pension trust and SIPP-related property work
• Corporate support real estate transactions
• Property aspects of wider tax and restructuring matters

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys transactional and advisory-led work and wants exposure to matters that are often unavailable within more traditional property teams.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with between NQ–5 Years PQE
• Commercial property experience gained within private practice or an in-house environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware and pragmatic approach
• Comfortable working collaboratively with other professional advisors

The team places significant importance on personality, collaboration, and client relationship skills alongside technical ability.
