We’re partnering with a rapidly growing insurance broker looking to hire a Compliance Business Partner to work directly with senior leaders across the business, influencing decisions, supporting growth, and helping shape how the organisation scales.

You’ll be the trusted advisor to MDs, Specialism Leads and stakeholders across multiple entities, balancing regulatory expectations with commercial reality.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll:

• Partner with brokers and leadership teams across the business
• Influence customer and conduct outcomes at senior level
• Lead fair value reviews and thematic assessments
• Support acquisitions and integration activity
• Help embed a pragmatic, commercial compliance culture
• Deliver advice that enables growth — not blocks it
