About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our growing and dynamic property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with relevant experience
- Proven track record in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with case management systems
Desirable
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads
- Knowledge of leasehold and shared ownership transactions
- Ability to contribute to business development and client relationships
