Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Braintree on a hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across specialist niche markets
- Source, engage and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and market mapping
- Manage multiple live vacancies across operational, commercial and leadership functions
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess suitability against client requirements
- Prepare candidate shortlists and provide detailed market insight to hiring managers
- Negotiate offers, salaries and start dates between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate CRM records, recruitment activity and pipeline updates
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team revenue targets and business growth objectives
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition is required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies within a fast-paced environment
- Confident business development and client management capability
- Ability to source candidates through direct search and networking methods
