£300 – £320 per day

12–18 Month Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering a new build office scheme in Leeds.

This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile project, offering consistent work and a competitive day rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a new build office project
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
• Ensuring full compliance with H&S regulations and site procedures
• Coordinating trades, materials and programme delivery
• Reporting progress to senior management and attending site meetings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build commercial projects
• Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• Ability to manage programme and drive site performance
