The Role

They Are looking for an experienced and people-focused Head of Projects to lead the planning, delivery, and success of projects from concept through to completion.

You’ll be confident managing client relationships, leading teams, and overseeing complex productions with creativity, calmness, and attention to detail. Working closely with the founders and creative team, you’ll help shape extraordinary experiences while driving quality, collaboration, and operational excellence across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the Producing and Project Management team
• Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and client experience
• Build strong relationships with luxury brands, partners, and private clients
• Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and production schedules
• Collaborate with creatives, technical teams, and external partners to deliver standout work
• Drive innovation and continuously elevate the companies experience
• Mentor team members and foster a positive, collaborative studio culture
