Leveraged Finance Associate (2-6 PQE)

Elite international law firm in London seeking a Leveraged Finance Associate (2–6 PQE) to join a high-performing finance practice advising major financial institutions, arrangers, direct lenders and sponsors on complex cross-border acquisition financings.

The team is particularly interested in lawyers with experience across:

• Large-cap leveraged and acquisition finance
• Syndicated lending
• TLBs, super senior RCFs and unitranche structures
• Cross-border sponsor-backed transactions
• Direct lending and private credit financings

Ideal candidates will come from leading US, Magic Circle or top international finance practices and have strong exposure to sophisticated leveraged finance transactions in London or other major financial centres.
