London – hybrid working (1 day/week in office)
£650-£700
6-Month Initial Contract
The role will involve:
- Delivering strategic transformation programmes across the business
- Driving operational efficiency, process optimisation and scalable growth initiatives
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes and business priorities
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Operations teams
- Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement across key initiatives
- Leading workshops and stakeholder sessions to support continuous improvement
- Supporting organisational change and helping embed new processes and ways of working
- Translating complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions
- Providing project updates and recommendations to senior leadership teams
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within transformation, business operations, strategy or growth-focused roles
- A background in management consulting or high-growth businesses
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering cross-functional strategic projects
- A highly analytical and problem-solving mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
