Our client is a small, boutique property management company located in North London who are recruiting for a Senior Property Administrator to join their successful team.
Candidates applying should have a strong background in administration and be willing to work as part of a small, close knit team.
Duties will include:
- Producing tenancy agreements and related lettings documentation
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding day-to-day property matters
- Managing maintenance requests and arranging contractor attendance
- Supporting with diary management and scheduling appointments/viewings
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records
- Assisting with compliance administration and tenancy renewals
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration duties
- Assisting Directors with ad hoc PA and administrative support as required
Key Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent user of Microsoft Office packages
- Previous property or lettings administration experience beneficial but not essential
