Grafton Banks Finance are seeking a dedicated Training Assistant to support course coordination, bookings, and customer enquiries in Wimbledon. The client we are supporting are a growing and exciting business, who are in office on a hybrid basis. They are open to someone either full or part time for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions with tutors and delegates
- Manage bookings via email, phone, and CRM systems
- Upload courses and updates to websites and platforms
- Assist with webinar content and materials
- Handle enquiries, promote courses, and support delivery
- Manage invoicing, receipts, and basic financial reporting
- Support project work and wider team activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
