A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Surrey.

This is an excellent role for a motivated Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to work on high-quality commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload including:

• Commercial sales & acquisitions
• Landlord & tenant matters
• Commercial leases
• Property finance
• Real estate development work
• Drafting & negotiating contracts and legal documents
• Advising developers, investors, landlords, tenants & lenders

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 4 years PQE+ in Commercial Property
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
• Able to manage transactions independently
