This role will be 99.5% home based, with some travel across the UK to different organisations in support of ER cases as well as their head office based in Leeds.

Role:
Supporting the Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be the go-to person for Managers, providing expert guidance and support across all ER Matters. Ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, compliantly, and inline with company values.
- Case Management including: Investigations, Disciplinaries, Appeals and Advise to Managers
- Embed HR Policies and provide advice across Employment Law
- Daily maintenance of accurate record keeping
- Managing caseloads relating to Short-Term Absence, probation and flexible working
- Collate and Analyse People Data
- Daily Administration including Sage People Administration and HR Reports
Profile:
- Must have strong HR experience working in a range of Employee Relations
- Strong Communicator can communicate across various tools as well as remotely and face to face
- Knowledge of ER Processes and Policies
- Ability to influence Stakeholders to Senior Leadership
- Beneficial if CIPD Level 5 but not essential to the role
