Nightingale Electrical Services Ltd is seeking an Electrician / Trainee Domestic Works Manager who is passionate about job ownership and efficiency. In this dynamic role, you'll start as a Senior Domestic Electrician and have the opportunity to progress within our growing company.
Our typical domestic works include EICRs, DB Replacements, Solar, EV Charger and Heat Pump Power Installations.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and 2391 qualifications, and relevant experience.
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills.
- Be committed to maintaining high standards in quality and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Have excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Display a proactive attitude towards learning our business processes.
- Be open to mentoring and supporting trainees in their development.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Take ownership of jobs once quotes are accepted, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Organise materials and manage resources for various projects.
- Certify completed work and maintain thorough documentation (including photos and videos).
- Learn and apply our quoting, scheduling, and invoicing processes effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support feedback collection to improve service quality.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
