The Role:

As a Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day construction activities while providing strategic support to the Executive leadership team. Your typical responsibilities will include:

• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating project strategy and design, with regular progress and budget reporting.
• Managing the construction process, supervising all on-site activities, and addressing any delays.
• Collaborating with specialists such as architects, engineers, and relevant stakeholders for each project.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, and building codes, while maintaining meticulous records.
• Supporting site teams with ordering equipment and materials, managing their use, and overseeing personnel.
• Enforcing company safety procedures at all times, with the support of the H&S Manager.
