Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist. Based in Reading, the role allows for a blend of on-site and remote work. The specialist will handle daily HR responsibilities, including managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, overseeing personnel management processes, hiring a dedicated sales team and supporting HR management initiatives. They will also contribute to workforce planning, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management and building positive employee relations
• Hiring a full sales team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement HR strategies for business growth
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
• Additional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are an advantage
