Role Description


Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis role to be based in the Essex aeea. with the option of hybrid working of a couple of days a week. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, conducting cost planning, reporting, and estimating while ensuring projects remain within budget alongside company Contract and Project managers.


Qualifications


  • Must have previous experience within Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
  • Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Ability to perform Cost Planning and accurately forecast project expenses
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in Drylining / Drywall
  • Proficiency in industry-standard quantity surveying tools and software
