Primary Objectives:

Under the guidance of the Director of Food and Beverage the Trainee Manager (TM) will support the overall operation of the hotels bar, restaurant, and meeting & events spaces.


Ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences. This role works closely with the senior F&B teams to oversee daily operations and maintain the highest levels of quality, presentation, and efficiency expected in a luxury hospitality environment.


The Opportunity

We have designed an 18-month programme, specific to food and beverage operations, upon completion there will be the prospect of moving into a managerial level role.


You will support the food and beverage departments in delivering service standards in breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, beverage service, meetings & events, private dining and in- room dining.


In addition will provide structured learning and development and mentoring from our senior leadership team.
