Role Description

***MUST HAVE A FULL VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A CAR***

This is a self employed role based in the Rutland and Stamford area. The Associate Partner will support the development and implementation of property strategies, guide clients in making informed decisions in the luxury market, and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting market analysis, valuations, managing property listings, preparing contracts, and assisting with client negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation.
• Property market expertise, particularly in luxury real estate, and a strong understanding of market trends are preferred but not essential.
• Organizational and time management abilities for managing property listings and meeting deadlines
• Analytical skills for conducting in-depth market research and creating strategic property initiatives
• Proficiency in real estate software and basic digital tools supporting sales and documentation
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to excel in a dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications or a degree in real estate, business, or a related field are advantageous
