What is on offer to you
- £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
- £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme.

The Role
In this fully employed position you have the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility to become the best estate agent in your local area. You provide end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
We support you with learning & development, local property centre, technology, marketing and support to succeed.
