Responsibilities

  • Acting as a senior technical resource for the corporate tax compliance team on complex matters.
  • Leading and supporting a variety of advisory projects including restructures, group planning, and transactions.
  • Managing a portfolio of international tax issues and R&D claims.
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities through active networking and proposal preparation.
  • Collaborating with partners and other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Staying abreast of market developments and economic factors affecting the corporate tax landscape.

As a Corporate Tax Director you will:

  • Be CTA qualified with significant experience within a corporate tax environment.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in both compliance and complex advisory work.
