Responsibilities
- Acting as a senior technical resource for the corporate tax compliance team on complex matters.
- Leading and supporting a variety of advisory projects including restructures, group planning, and transactions.
- Managing a portfolio of international tax issues and R&D claims.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities through active networking and proposal preparation.
- Collaborating with partners and other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Staying abreast of market developments and economic factors affecting the corporate tax landscape.
As a Corporate Tax Director you will:
- Be CTA qualified with significant experience within a corporate tax environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in both compliance and complex advisory work.
