Legal Analyst: Primaries & Secondaries Funds Transaction Execution with a leading Global Private Funds Manager
This role is in the investment structuring team responsible for closing all primary and co-investments. Coordinating all aspects of Transaction Execution working closely with the investment, operations and broader legal / compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with a focus on primary and co-investment transactions
- Oversee external providers completing NDAs and AML/KYC checks
- Set up SPVs and devise checklists
Candidate Profile
- Legal background as a Paralegal or Legal Associate within Private Funds or a law firm
- Private Markets Primary and Secondaries experience
