Principal RWE Consultant

As a Principal in Real World Evidence, you will bring deep subject matter expertise (e.g. epidemiology, statistics, health data science) alongside excellent people leadership and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee RWE studies for Global Pharma/Biotech clients.
• Line‑manage & guide a talent team of technical experts.
• Stay close to delivery, providing senior level oversight on studies, QC, guidance on protocols/methods, typically leading teams of 3–6.
• Contribute to BD, scoping out client needs, converting RfP’s, expanding flowing warm accounts (no hard sales target).
• Work in a highly collaborative team providing integrated solutions across RWE, HEOR & Market Access.
• Contribute to a considered and credible approach to utilising AI alongside tried and trusted methodologies.
