Responsibilities

• Elevate the brand and marketing to drive the next phase of growth and expand market potential and international presence.
• Own paid multi-channel growth strategies across relevant channels.
• Lead creative content development and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Support partnerships and PR initiatives to amplify brand reach.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and lead a small, ambitious in-house marketing team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in mid- to senior-level marketing leadership roles
• Proven experience in the UK beauty industry, specifically within the mid-premium segment
• An established personal network and strong references within the industry
• Genuine passion and previous experience in entrepreneurship, building brands from the ground up
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive delivery and lead a young, international team
• A beauty masks and patches fanatic.
