We’re partnering with a globally recognised consumer brand operating at the intersection of toys, entertainment and licensing, a business with huge cultural relevance and ambitious growth plans across EMEA.
They are now looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations to take full ownership of the commercial engine behind that growth.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly into the EMEA leadership team, responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end commercial operations across the region.
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, connecting Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer teams & ensuring the organisation is set up to scale efficiently, profitably and with precision.
What You’ll Own
- Leadership of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, driving accuracy, efficiency and cash flow improvement
- Ownership of customer operations, compliance and onboarding across EMEA
- Development of commercial analytics, forecasting and performance insight to support decision‑making
- Oversight of flow planning, pricing governance and stock allocation strategy
- Driving operational excellence across customer service, fulfilment and execution
- Leading training, capability building and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing and developing a high‑performing, multi‑functional team
- Acting as a key partner to Sales in supporting strategic accounts and revenue delivery

You’ll Likely Bring
- Senior leadership experience across Sales Operations / Customer Operations in FMCG, consumer or retail‑led environments
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, compliance, and commercial analytics
- Experience operating in international, matrix organisations
- A track record of driving transformation and improving operational performance
- The ability to influence at senior level and lead through complexity
- Comfort balancing strategic thinking with executional delivery
