Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the MFL department across KS3 and KS4
- Teach French and/or Spanish to a high standard
- Drive outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes
- Lead curriculum planning, assessment and departmental improvement
- Support and develop staff within the department
- Promote a positive and engaging language learning culture across the school
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and inclusion
