Remote Engineering Manager who is also a principal engineer at heart.

An engineering manager is expected to be as technical as a principal engineer, can sling code, is deep in the architecture etc.
The ideal background will be someone who has worked or developed within a deeply technical environment and has worked with dev tooling in the past.
