This role blends strategy and execution:
- Set and deliver the growth vision across the UK & Ireland
- Personally lead major customer relationships and strategic deals
- Build and expand partnerships across key industry players
- Shape pricing, commercial strategy, and profitable growth
- Develop and inspire a high-performing sales, service, and aftermarket team
- Create structure, scalability, and a culture built on performance

- Proven success in growing revenue and leading key accounts in a technical B2B environment
- Experience leading sales and service-driven organisations
- Strong commercial instincts, from negotiation to pricing strategy
- Able to engage credibly with technical products and solutions
- Experience selling large, complex technical products into the transportation, logistics, or related industrial sectors would be a strong advantage
