The role:
- Advising on a wide range of non‑contentious construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties
- Exposure to major development and infrastructure projects
- Working as part of a collaborative team with strong partner access and mentoring
- Genuine scope for progression as the Manchester practice continues to grow
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE in non‑contentious construction, will look at contentious candidates or people that have a mix
- Strong technical grounding and a commercial approach
