Chief People Officer, Education Trusts

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking an exceptional Director of People to lead a diocesan-wide People strategy across three Catholic Multi-Academy Trusts. This strategic leadership role involves working with CEOs and school leaders to deliver a high-quality People service across 84 schools and approximately 4,000 staff. The ideal candidate should have significant senior HR leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels. Experience within education is desirable but not essential.
