Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate the younger generation.
- Teach KS5 as desired, with options for BTEC and GCSE year groups.
- Lead, manage and support a team of Business and Economics teachers.
- Provide senior leadership and support to the department.
Qualifications
- UK QTS.
- Honours degree in Business, Economics or a related subject.
- Strong academic background across the board – degree, A Levels and GCSEs.
- Meet the 8 Teaching Standards at a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level.
- Willingness to listen to feedback and build relationships with colleagues and students.
