The Role

• Provide strategic, operational and educational leadership
• Drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum
• Lead safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Contribute to whole-school strategy as part of the ELT

The Person

• Proven leadership experience in a Prep or primary setting
• Strong track record of improving outcomes
• Deep understanding of EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Aligned with Sherfield’s values and ethos
