The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Group Operations Director to lead operations across a global, multi-studio business.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of creativity and commercial performance—owning margin, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the business can scale effectively without compromising quality.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive margin performance across all studios
• Lead global operations, improving efficiency, utilisation, and delivery
• Oversee project scoping, resourcing, and profitability
• Partner with creative and client teams to ensure work is both ambitious and commercially viable
• Build scalable systems, processes, and team structures
• Drive adoption of technology and AI to enhance output and efficiency

The Ideal Candidate

• Senior operations or commercial leader within a creative/agency environment
• Proven track record of driving margin and operational performance
• Experience managing global or multi-site teams
• Able to balance creative ambition with financial discipline
• A builder of teams, systems, and scalable ways of working
