This role reports to VP, Attendee Experience. Hyve is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Attendee Experience Manager to join our London‑based team. The focus will be on working with attendees to ensure an exceptional attendee experience for our Global Brands events. The manager will oversee onboarding and relationship management for all attendees before and during events, and will be responsible for sending communications and responding to questions with a customer‑first focus. They will also assist attendees in completing each task as it relates to our meetings programmes, including follow‑up via phone, text and email.
The Attendee Experience Manager will work closely with the Retailer & Consumer Brands, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Tech teams. This position will report directly to the VP of Attendee Experience.
