As a Designate Store Manager, you will be a crucial support to our management team, assisting local stores within your area. - Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.

- Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
- Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
