About You

We’re searching for an experienced, confident Project Leader with a strong background in physical product delivery, manufacturing/operational implementation but with some experience of IT/Software delivery. You will lead new product introduction (NPI), supplier integration, and end-to-end operational readiness – taking hardware‑enabled solutions from concept through production and into live service. This is not a role for Scrum Masters or Software only Project Managers.

This role is not focused on software sprint management or pure IT change delivery. We are looking for someone comfortable working with physical products, suppliers, operations teams and manufacturing environments. However, our product has a high IT component and so some knowledge of technical projects would be an advantage.
