Position: In-store Operations Director (Audiology & Retail)

New Business Opening: Rayleigh – Located within Sainsbury’s

Salary: £50,000 basic + 40% shareholding (profit paid as dividends)

Specsavers are looking for an experienced Retail or Operations Leader to become the Operations Director, Store Partner, and Co‑Owner of our brand‑new standalone Audiology business opening in Rayleigh, positioned within a high‑footfall Sainsbury’s store.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a business from day one. You’ll build your own team, create exceptional customer experiences, serve your local community, and develop a long‑term asset for your future, all while enjoying a guaranteed salary and additional income from dividends based on business profit.

You will work alongside an Audiology Partner who also holds 40% shares, jointly building and leading this exciting new venture. You will also benefit from the involvement of Optics Partners within the business, who will help guide and support the store’s growth.
