Event Technical Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Event Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Based on-site in St Albans, you will oversee the technical planning and execution of various events and productions. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, supervising installations and breakdowns, and ensuring all technical aspects of events are executed seamlessly and within budget. The role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to provide creative solutions for diverse event needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient Project Management and Program Management skills to handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
• Strong Communication and Team Leadership skills to effectively coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to address technical and logistical challenges
• Knowledge of event production elements such as stage design, audio-visual equipment, and event lighting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in corporate event production and high-end wedding planning is an advantage
