Store Manager Role
You will lead and inspire the store team, delivering a customer‑obsessed experience that drives sales, KPI achievement and excellent service. You will own the store’s financial performance, working closely with your Territory Leader to identify opportunities, manage inventory, optimise merchandising and foster a high‑performing culture.
About you
- Previous store or deputy management experience
- Track record of leading and motivating a team
- Commitment to New Look’s values and brand
- Ability to deliver and exceed KPIs and objectives
- Commercial acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills for inventory and stock management
