We're partnering with a leading insurance business to hire a Finance Business Partner to support senior leaders across Change and IT during a pivotal period of transformation.
Why this role?
This is more than a traditional finance position. You'll sit at the centre of business change, supporting investment decisions, providing financial clarity across complex programmes and helping shape the future of finance and operational delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Change and IT to influence strategic decisions
- Supporting major transformation initiatives with robust financial insight and challenge
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long range planning
- Delivering detailed analysis on performance, costs and opportunities
- Building financial models to support business cases and change programmes
- Enhancing reporting, dashboards and planning processes to support an evolving change programme
- Driving continuous improvement across change governance frameworks
What we're looking for:
- Qualified accountant such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong finance business partnering experience
- Proven experience supporting change, transformation and IT programmes
- Advanced financial modelling skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Confident communicator able to influence non finance stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and driving change
