The Opportunity
Adapt 365 are proud to be partnering with a globally recognised food production organisation currently undergoing a significant D365 F&O transformation. As they scale their internal capability, they're looking to bring on an experienced D365 Finance Lead to play a pivotal role in the success of this programme.
This isn't a back‑seat role. You'll be front and centre, driving the finance workstream across multiple countries and taking full ownership of the F&O finance solution from design through to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end finance workstream within a multi-country D365 F&O implementation
- Acting as the subject matter expert across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and budgeting
- Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions and drive decision‑making
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the finance design is fit for purpose and scalable
- Supporting testing, training and go‑live activities across multiple markets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading the finance workstream on at least one full‑cycle D365 F&O implementation
- Strong functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules
- Comfortable working across complex, multi‑country environments
- A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
- UK resident, this is a requirement for the role
The Package
- Base salary up to £85,000
- Car allowance of £6,000
- Bonus up to 20%
- Hybrid working, 3 days per week in office
