As a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. Job Responsibilities

  • Significant contributions to designing and building scalable and performant front‑end solutions written in TypeScript using React.
  • Work across B2C and B2B features.
  • Maintain high code quality and participate in a strong engineering culture.
  • Write testable code built for scalability, reliability, and resilience.
  • Act as part of a cross‑functional squad, taking ownership of issues and working with stakeholders to drive delivery.
  • Actively participate in technical discussions, contributing insightful and informed opinions to the decision‑making process.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and applied experience.
  • Commercial experience with React with TypeScript, strong engineering‑first mindset, and ability to solve problems elegantly with emphasis on scalability and performance.
  • Adaptability: thrive in an environment of uncertainty and rapid changes in direction.
  • Collaborative experience: a team player who thrives in cross‑functional teams and drives things forward.
  • Quick learner: demonstrates a knack for rapid learning and has an ambitious, results‑driven personality.
  • Strong communication: excellent communication and organizational skills for effective work within a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.
