THE OPPORTUNITY
- Play a central role in delivering high-value Financial Services M&A transactions at Senior Lawyer level.
- Lead key workstreams on complex deals, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders.
- Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including public and private M&A, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and cross-border transactions.
- Work with an impressive client base including major banks, financial institutions, fintechs and asset managers.
- Be actively involved in client relationship development and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with specialists across multiple practice areas both in the UK and internationally.
- Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of a top-tier, market-facing practice.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Qualified Corporate Lawyer with 7+ PQE.
- Strong experience in M&A and strategic corporate transactions, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver transaction workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach to legal issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
