Salary: Up to £59,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus 18% bonus scheme
Hybrid role with 2 days office-based, home-working and regular travel to our villages in the UK and Ireland. Some overnight stays will also be required.
Fixed-term contract until 1st October 2027.
As Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering all on‑village marketing activity end‑to‑end across all divisions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium Center Parcs brand.
You'll work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing to create strategic plans that bring our brand to life throughout the guest journey, from booking and pre‑arrival communications to on‑village experiences.
Contracted to work 150 hours per 4‑week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Dynamic working is available with earliest start time 7am and latest finish time 7pm.
