Pivotal London are proud to be partnering with Incubeta on their search for a Marketplace Senior Account Executive.

Incubeta is looking for a Marketplace Senior Account Executive to own the day-to-day execution and performance across a portfolio of marketplace clients. The successful candidate will combine hands-on platform expertise with a detail-oriented approach to deliver high-quality output across content, operations, and advertising.

The role spans a range of clients – from growing brands to established global businesses – supporting their presence on platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay and other retailer marketplaces. The Marketplace Senior Account Executive will play a key role in ensuring listings are optimised, accounts are running smoothly, and campaigns are delivering against performance goals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, improving processes, testing new ideas, and building expertise across multiple areas of marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Marketplace Senior Account Executive will manage product listing creation and ongoing optimisation using client-provided assets
  • They will develop and enhance images and video content in line with marketplace best practices
  • They will write and refine product copy, including A/B testing where applicable
  • They will create and update Amazon Stores
  • They will use tools (e.g. Amalytix) to analyse content performance and identify improvements
  • They will collaborate with Creative teams to support content strategies (including TikTok Shop)

Operations & Account Management

  • They will monitor daily account health across marketplace platforms
  • They will manage and resolve platform cases on behalf of clients
  • They will support PO creation and order fulfilment processes to marketplace warehouses
  • They will escalate critical operational issues where needed
  • They will ensure smooth day-to-day running of client accounts

Advertising & Performance

  • They will support the creation and optimisation of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns
  • They will use tools (e.g. Pacvue) to analyse and improve campaign performance
  • They will assist in planning seasonal campaigns and new product launches
  • They will report on performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • They will continuously test and refine campaign creative to improve results

Driving Improvement

  • They will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, output quality, and performance
  • They will stay up to date with marketplace trends and platform updates
  • They will contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and ways of working
  • They will share learnings and best practices with the wider team

  • Experience working across marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop) is required
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
