LA Micro Group is a leading provider of enterprise IT hardware, specialising in refurbished servers, storage, networking and components. With a strong presence in the secondary market and a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture, we’re now looking to recruit a Senior Buyer to help us expand our purchasing capabilities and strengthen supplier relationships.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded, tech‑savvy individual with strong experience in ITAD / End‑User Buyback and a track record of managing complex supply relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage direct purchasing of Dell enterprise hardware (servers, storage, networking).
• Build and maintain supplier relationships in the ITAD and cancelled order/return purchase markets.
• Source and negotiate the purchase of Intel and AMD CPUs, memory, and components at competitive rates.
• Identify and drive manufacturer‑direct purchasing opportunities offering significant savings.
• Manage all aspects of the procurement process from sourcing and negotiation to PO placement and stock reconciliation.
• Analyse and monitor historical vs current costs, purchase volumes, and foreign exchange impacts.
• Generate accurate reports on purchasing performance, trends and forecasts.
• Utilise ERP systems (e.g., NAV) to create POs and maintain procurement data integrity.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse and testing teams to meet delivery schedules and stock requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in enterprise IT hardware procurement (especially Dell).
• Strong existing network within the ITAD and secondary hardware space.
• Hands‑on experience buying returns/cancelled orders and managing reverse logistics suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and drive savings on high‑volume, high‑value purchases.
• ERP experience (Priority or NAV desirable).
• Confident communicator with good analytical and Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented, commercially aware and resilient under pressure.
