As an Engagement Manager at Capgemini, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex client projects from initiation through to close down. You’ll own the client relationship and the contract, ensuring delivery excellence, strong governance, and full compliance while keeping the project on track across scope, risk, team leadership, and financial performance.

Your Role

You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of complex client engagements—ensuring full compliance with Capgemini delivery standards while driving projects to successful, on‑time, on‑budget outcomes. You’ll lead governance, manage risk, control scope, and oversee financial performance, from accurate forecasting to invoicing and margin delivery. Alongside motivating high‑performing teams, you’ll build strong client relationships, exceed expectations, and identify opportunities for additional value. Agile, adaptable, and confident on client sites, you’ll work seamlessly across blended teams and consistently uphold Capgemini’s methods, security standards, and delivery excellence.
